Dr. Dhaliwal is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical School.  He is board certified ophthalmologist who completed his comprehensive ophthalmology residency program at the University of Cincinnati and completed a fellowship program in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and Health System in Detroit, Michigan. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has published numerous research studies in prestigious ophthalmology journals.

As a surgeon and comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Dhaliwal has extensive experience evaluating and managing a variety of eye conditions, including glaucoma and diabetes.  He performs cataract surgery and offers treatment for both distance and near vision, utilizing the latest premium intraocular lens technology.

As a Cornea specialist, he manages corneal disorders and performs corneal transplant surgery, including the newest partial corneal transplant (DSEK surgery) to treat Fuchs Dystrophy.  With extensive fellowship training, he utilizes the latest technology and techniques in offering vision-correction LASIK and PRK surgery.
